오조헬스케어 영어 소개와 인재 구함

 

내가 끌어안고 있는 주제

 

요즘 내가 하고 있는 일은 네 가지다. 11시에 점심을 먹고 집을 나와 오후 6시까지 올레길을 걷는다. 지난 2020년 3월부터 지금까지 올레길을 걷고 있다. 여름에는 더웠고, 겨울에는 추웠다. 하지만 한번도 더위와 추위가 불편하지 않았다. 이미 내 정신과 몸은 날씨에 최적화가 되어 있어 불편하지가 않다. 여름은 덥고, 겨울은 춥다. 

 

그 다음 일은 영어공부다. 만약을 위해 나는 3개월 전부터 아침마다 영어공부를 하고 있다. 말하기 공부인데, 재미가 있다. 2005년 어느 날 평생회원권을 사놓은 영어말하기 프로그램이 있다. 그 프로그램에 들어가 아침마다 영어공부를 하고 있다. 원어민 수준은 아니라 해도 영어권 사람에게 내가 만든 오조헬스케어를 소개 정도는 할 수 있어야 된다. 그래서 시작했다. 발음교정은 집사람이 해주고 있다. 내가 생각해도 발전이 있다. 듣기와 발음이 많이 좋아졌다. 

 

세 번째 일은 인재를 구하는 일이다. 장장 5개월 사투 끝에 홈페이지가 완성이 되었다. 이제 인재를 구해야 한다. 내가 구하는 인재는 그냥 인재가 아니다. 30대이고, 0,1%의 걸출한 인재이어야 한다.

3. 지하차고에서 낡은 책상과 컴퓨터 하나로 책을 팔며 아마존을 탄생시킨 제프 베조스 같은 뜨거운 야망이 있어야 한다

4. 미친 인간, 사기꾼, 얼간이라는 비아냥를 듣고, 실패라는 큰 파도를 만나도 그 때마다 오뚝이처럼 당당하게 일어나 앞으로 나아간 손정의 같은 강한 집념이 있어야 한다

5. 실패를 두려워하지 않고 일을 즐긴 7전 8기의 마윈 같은 도전정신이 있어야 한다

6. 오조헬스케어를 이끌고 갈 30대의 젊은 글로벌 인재는 1~5번의 능력을 소유하고 있는 괴물이어야 한다. 그 걸물이 나타나 내 손을 잡는 그 날을 나는 기다린다.

마지막은 투자자를 찾는 일이다. 찾을 수 있다. 오조헬스케어가 가지고 있는 가치와 비전 그리고 미래를 생각하면 투자자는 반드시 나타나리라 생각한다. 그를 설득시키는 일은 아주 쉽다. 10분이면 그는 오조헬스케어에 기꺼이 투자를 할 것이다.
